The Oakland Tribune political blog is reporting that State Senator Don Perata has withdrawn his endorsement for Wilma Chan in favor of Loni Hancock for the 9th State Senate District Seat.
Like one of Pavlov’s dogs salivating on command, Alameda Mayor Beverly Johnson immediately responded to Perata ringing the bell by also withdrawing her support for Chan.
