According to an East Bay Express report , the feds are close to indicting state senator Don Perata on public corruption charges.
In the investigation, the FBI and the US Attorney’s office have also examined the Alameda native’s dealings with his daughter, Rebecca Perata-Rosati, of Alameda, and who also was listed as a contact for the Keep Alameda Schools Excellent PAC, which promoted the Measure H $120 parcel tax.
