AE3 Partners is holding a public meeting to present ideas for a project to provide 30 to 40 new housing units, including low-income housing, at the site of the fromer Alameda Island High School at Eagle and Everett, just steps away from Park Street. The project was the subject of a staff report to the Planning Board wherein Catellus (Warmington Homes) asked to transfer low-income housing out of a Grand St. project and into the Everett/Eagle site.

The meeting is at 7pm at the Alameda Library, at 1550 Oak Street, Alameda, CA 94501
