Addressing the Planning Board’s questions last night about their proposal for Alameda Point, regarding how to build-in transportation solutions from day one, to encourage people to leave their cars behind, SunCal’s Pat Keliher commented that “Paying for all these transportation solutions before you put a house on the ground – that’s never going to happen, not by me or anybody else.” and noted that transportation fixes will have to be eased in along with housing.
