Continue reading This Week’s Don Roberts Show Now Online Addendum: Audio recordings added March 27th, 8:00pm… On a day that saw the public release of SunCal’s ballot measure filing to support their Alameda Point project, we received confirmation and comments on City of Alameda Mayor Beverly Johnson’s pre-recorded “robotic” calls to Alameda residents in support of SunCal. We now have the full text of SunCal’s ballot measure they are working to collect signatures on. WABA’s Kathy Moehring signed the intent to solicit petition signatures. The document is over 16 pages of SunCal marketing material, with the language to ammend Measure A at the end. That language is re-produced below. More to come later. We’re getting reports that Alameda residents are also receiving telephone calls – robo-calls – with a recording from Alameda Mayor Beverly Johnson, asking for support of SunCal’s Alameda Point proposal. This, from a Mayor that ran her last campaign with the slogan “Protect Measure A.” |
