Dr. Michael West, the CEO of BioTime, Inc. will give a presentation today at the company’s annual shareholder meeting at their offices in the Harbor Bay Business Park. According to the firm’s website, BioTime is engaged in the research and development of aqueous-based synthetic solutions that may be used as plasma expanders, organ preservation solutions, or solutions to replace blood volume during low temperature surgery.
