International Space Station Sightings From Alameda

On Saturday, you might have seen the International Space Station (ISS) in the skies above Alameda. If so, that was your last chance until January 19th.

According to NASA’s skywatch page, the ISS won’t be visible from Alameda until next week, Tuesday, January 19th, at about 6:34pm. It will cross the skies from the North-Northwest to the North, at 11 to 16 degrees above the horizon, being visible for only about one minute. After the 19th, it will be visible again on the 20th, and twice each on the 21st and 22nd of this month.
