Chevron Fuel Your School Promotion Donates Money to Local Schools

During the month of September, Chevron’s “Fuel Your School” promotion will donate to area schools, $1, up to $1 million total, for every 8 gallons of fuel or more purchased at participating Chevron stations.

Schools in the Alameda Unified School District system are eligible to receive funds from the program, which is intended to support 640 local public schools in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Chevron also intends to award ten $25,000 cash grants to schools in those two counties based on project submissions that emphasize Science, Technology, Engineering or Math education.
