The Planning Board of the City of Alameda will hold a public hearing regarding the parcel at 1348 Weber Street at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11th, 2011 at City Hall.
The proposed change for the 2,738 square foot parcel is a rezoning. It would be rezoned from C-1 ‘Neighborhood Commercial’ to R-4 ‘Neighborhood Residential District’ to enable the existing duplex residences a conforming use.
