Alameda’s Wind River Receives Customer Excellence Award

Wind River, and Alameda-based technology company, announced this week that it has been awarded a MarketTools Achievement in Customer Excellence award.

According to a company statement, to be eligible for the award, contenders must have conducted one or more surveys to assess customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, or partner satisfaction between October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2011. Wind River hit the required customer satisfaction scores and ratings with its global customer base for at least six months during the eligibility period.

MarketTools provides software and services for corporate feedback management and market research, and is based in San Francisco.
