Alameda Landing Residential Study on Upcoming Planning Board Meeting

An upcoming City of Alameda Planning Board meeting will include a study session on planned residential development at Alameda Landing.

TriPointe Homes has submitted to the City of Alameda a Development Plan, Design Review and Density Bonus application for 280 housing units, open space and other improvements on 22.3 acres of land within the Alameda Landing project site.

The item is said to be for discussion only, with no action scheduled.

The Planning Board meeting is set for Monday, September 10, 2012.

A discussion on Alameda Point zoning is also planned.
