Biotech Firm AllCells to Relocate to Alameda

AllCells LLC, of Emeryville, California, a life science industry provider of human hematologic tissue such as bone marrow, peripheral blood and primary cells announced today that it will relocate to Harbor Bay Business Park in Alameda next year.

The company has leased roughly 30,000 square feet of space at 1301 Harbor Bay Parkway for a new headquarters and production facility, which increases its operation space by 70 percent compared to its current Emeryville location.

“The integration of clinical tissue collection and manufacturing operations into a single space will have significant impact on streamlining our process work-flow and improve manufacturing efficiency”, stated Jay Tong, M.D, President and CEO. “The larger space provides substantially more production capacity to meet the increased market demand for our products and bioservices.”

The company also maintains 10,000 square feet of space for operation located in Ju Ke Biotechnology Park, Shanghai, China.
