
An Alameda man is facing multiple charges after allegedly raping his girlfriend on Sunday.
According to police logs, Joseph Ernest Siem, 46, allegedly attempted to perform oral sex on his girlfriend without her consent.
He then reportedly became angry that she did not want to have sex and began to hit and choke the woman, who lost consciousness three times.
Siem then allegedly raped the woman twice and prevented her from leaving the residence.
Arrested just before 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, he is facing two counts of rape, one count of domestic battery, one count of false imprisonment and one count of assault with a deadly weapon.
