I find that difficult to believe. I used to be a contractor there, and they had a rigorously enforced system of treating contractors like second class citizens, while rubbing their noses in the perks fulltime employees recieved, even when they were in adjoining cubicles. Pointing that out got my contract terminated within an hour, but not before I received lots of thanks from co-workers frustrated with their antiquated beliefs.
