East Bay Municipal Utility District water conservation representative Scott Sommerfeld will talk about the drought, the water supply, and discuss efficient irrigation for vegetable gardens and fruit trees. A planting and landscape guide is available on the utility’s website.
Sommerfeld is an irrigation specialist and a registered landscape architect.
