The impaired drivers are out there all the time. Look at APD’S Activity Log for Saturday and Sunday. One person was arrested on Saturday for DUI at 8:30 in the evening. This same person was arrested again 10 hours and 38 minutes later on Sunday, for DUI and causing a multiple car accident. Nothing will stop these habitual violators. So, this public service bulletin is right on. I hope that everyone stays safe on Halloween, and everyday. Because these fools are out there all the time……….
