Alameda Police Investigate Loud Booms on Bay Farm Island

Alameda police received reports of loud booms this morning on the 1000 block of Camino Del Valle on Bay Farm Island, and investigated. Police found no evidence that the sounds were due to gunshots, and suspect they may have been attributed to fireworks. (All fireworks are illegal in Alameda.)
