Full Text of Cook, Dietrich Lawsuit Against AUSD Over Lesson 9

On February 18th, 2010, Alameda residents Kerry Cook and Serena Dietrich filed suit in Alameda County Superior Court, claiming that the Alameda Unified School District Board of Trustees violated the state’s open meeting laws in the course of their actions surrounding a new anti-bullying curriculum and the controversial “Lesson 9″ plan at the December 8th, 2009, AUSD Board of Trustees meeting.
