Public Hearing on 89 unit Subdivision on Buena Vista

Trident Partners wants to tear down the Chipman warehouse and divide the parcel into 53 lots for 89 housing units, including 38 duet condominiums.

Alameda City Council will hold a public hearing on January 2nd regarding a planned 89-unit development at 1551 Buena Vista Avenue, currently occupied by the Chipman warehouse building.


Planning Board to Consider Density Bonus Application for Alameda Landing
