The City of Alameda announced yesterday that it would defer staff reports relating to the Chuck Corica Golf Complex until a special City Council meeeting on December 13th.


Mif Albright Golf Course Land Swap Discussion Moved to October 18th Alameda City Council Meeting

A City Council discussion about a controversial land swap involving the Mif Albright 9-hole par-3 golf course has been moved from October 4th to October 18th, the City announced yesterday.


Special City Council Meeting Next Tuesday

There will be a special joint meeting of the Alameda City Council, the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority (ARRA) and the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda next Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers Conference room at City Hall.


Council Continues Referral on Mif Albright Golf Course to Subsequent Meeting

Citing the late-notice absence of Councilmembers Lena Tam and Marie Gilmore, Vice-Mayor Doug deHaan asked for the indulgence of the councilmembers in attendance in deferring hearing of his referral until a subsequent meeting.
